RetractaShade comes with a 20 Year Warranty on all stitching and thread.
We use only premium-grade outdoor thread, designed to withstand years of sun exposure, moisture, and temperature extremes. This warranty covers any failure in stitching under normal use for the life of the product.
Each RetractaShade system is designed, pre-assembled, and inspected with care to ensure premium quality. We offer a 5-year warranty on workmanship, covering assembly, component integration, and manufacturing defects under normal use and installation.
Our shade sails are manufactured using Soltis 96, a high-performance architectural fabric made in France by Serge Ferrari.
This fabric comes with a minimum 5-year degradation warranty, ensuring resistance to UV damage, color fading, and material breakdown.
